Our Horse Kept Disappearing, So We Set Up A Camera To Find Out Why…

A little light entertainment for Saturday Afternoon. No spoiler included the video is only 2 minutes long..

No one at the Misty Meadows Farm could figure out how all the horses were getting out of their stalls. It was a complete mystery and even the neighborhood teenagers were getting questioned as pranksters. That’s when the farm owners finally set up cameras to see what was actually going on. What they saw shocked them all… but not in the way you’d expect.

I believe this horse is trained to do this though. They didn't "set up cameras". There was a camera person there recording these as if it was planned. You can tell by the moving camera and changing angles.

G,day mate. i agree with you. the camera is following the horse. so unless the bloody camera has friggin legs, we are watching a trained horse go through a routine with a cameraman in tow
now having grown up with both horses and dogs. not surprised. seen it before.
But i have known horses and dogs to teach themselves to conduct a Great Escape.
still put a smile on my face though

Yeah I see horses as gigantic dogs with hooves, you can train them to do anything.
I hope you understand the value I place on my dogs.
I wish I had the land for horses and a big corral just wont get it, them big dogs need to run.

That is so cool! He is like Mr. Ed and he is an escape artist. I wonder why he went right by the stall closest to him and did not let that horse out? He must not have liked that horse.

While i noticed this and thought the title was therefore misleading.

I overlooked that and focused on the horse escape artist freeing himself and his buddys.

Isn't it possible this is the second time they photographed this horse?
The security cameras caught a little bit of what he was doing and so they followed him.
I am not sure why everyone needs to be suspected of falsifying information. I take these people at their word, myself. The animal looks well cared for and it is also possible the horse was taught these skills by previous owners. It is also possible the horse learned to do this himself. Animals are smarter than we think, probably smarter than we are, in their own way.

My friend has 5/6 horses and had to jury rig the standard bolts like the ones in the vid because they could all get them open except one . That horse could have figured it out without the training but like you said they filmed it and the horse probably knew they were there . Horses are cool but, I am not sure it has to be an either/or type situation.
You can't fit a horse on your lap. Cats have their own advantages, beauty and skills.
Just like we all do.

I have to agree that someone was following this horse with a camera. The camera can't be everywhere the horse goes. Although, it does seem like a very smart horse. It would be awesome just to hear what animals are thinking.
