Possible New Large Hanger Construction at Groom?

Rumor has it that they are preparing everything for the new Long Range Bomber competition between Team Lockheed-Boeing and Northrop-Grumman. They say proof of concept trials should begin soon. Apparently the program will come out from the dark world in the near future. The big hangar built in 2007 (I think) seems to be proprietary of North-Grum and the new hangar should be for the competition.

The two aircraft have been flying already. It's pretty much a given that Lockheed will get it, due to some materials issues Northrop suffered.
