You racists love to say things like the majority of young blacks are criminals, yet praise the white man who walks into a restaurant fully armed knowing that it is white males who are most likely to walk into a busy crowded area and open fire.

Hypocrites, of course you will say they are within their legal rights and people who fear them are unjustified., then turn around and say people declaring guilt on young black men are justified in their fear. Where is their right to walk the street and be obnoxious(your guys words) without being hassled?

And black Americans are victims of multiple victim shootings every weekend in every urban center. But apparently because the victims aren't white people you can't be bothered to use their corpses as a soapbox.

But according to your Washington Post Mass shootings (defined as 4 victims) aren't as popular (average of one a month) as the 40 bodies every weekend in just Chicago Shootings+Multiple+Chicago

Personally, on the whole, I would feel MUCH safer with white males, armed or not.

Its funny how often people post videos such as this and hate on the cops. A cop can only stop a person and give lawful commands (telling him to stand in front of the hood) if the person is suspicious of either have committed, in the process, or about to commit a crime based on what the officer observes. Once the person is stopped and if there is no supporting evidence found that such crime has occurred then the person must be let free. If the person refuses to comply you are subject to arrest for obstructing an investigation.

Now if this person was unlawfully stopped then he can easily have a case where he will earn MILLIONS. I mean, you know how many hungry lawyers are out there just DROOLING at a chance for an officer to make a mistake? Clearly the officer knew he was on camera and still did what he did. Why? Because he was probably investigating a crime and likely were looking for these guys already. He will probably have a full report ready for the judge to look at and back up why he made the arrest.

The guy was resisting. He was turning his body and facing the other way multiple times. He should have stopped that and even his friends told him so.

"I do not consent to search." Well too bad. Once you are arrested you HAVE to be searched to go to jail. Why? Well when you get put in jail with guns, or even the back seat of police cruisers (which have often happened) and go around killing people then we have an issue. The only time you can refuse to search is if you are not under arrest.

Didn't look hard enough but from that screenshot it looks like they finally fixed the B in the Bass behind this. For quite ome time it's just said ass. Anyway....

This is crap. It's been a year since I last went downtown, where this happened, for a First Friday or even any late night when all the "crazies" come out. It hasn't changed since then, so here's the scoop. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of street performers down there. From Gene Simmons or Bret Michaels to a guy/girl dancing in his/her bikini. Drummers on buckets, two guys with cellos that rock, you get the gist.

Now, this guy said he was done with a show, whatever that was, so he's a working Joe just going home. Gets harrased, for what, exactly? This is downtown Las Freaking Vegas, and people party there(here, for me). If this had been a tourist and that person made this public, TS would HTF. Right at the casino's doors, a tourist gets arrested, like this? This guys is doing NOTHING out of the ordinary, nay, I would say he's right where he should be, except for the damned pig that decided to deny him his rights, for whatever reason. Reason matters not, as the pig will come up with some junk but this could be any of thousands of people who perform/party there or even a casino worker happy he just got off from his crappy job and wanted to celebrate with his buds.

Remember, this is Vegas, people party here. Thousands of them every day. There was NOTHING they did, at least in that video, that warranted this. If everyone who acted like this were arrested here, this town would close so quick there would only be tumbleweeds left. People come here to have fun, not get arrested for having fun. For the amount of people that come here, it's pretty tame, when you think of all the propaganda about how evil we all are and must be spied upon and such. The "crime" rate would drop drastically if the pigs here stopped arresting people for non-violent thought crimes(happened to me two years ago), a little ganja or walking down the street while black and happy.

I have never lived in fear of anything in this town, except for the pigs. I don't own a gun, never have, and don't carry any weapon other than a book, occasionally. I've been here for over forty years and walk the streets at night, ride my bike and drive. Never feared ANYONE, EVER, here, even the idiot who once pulled a screwdriver on me while I was walking The Strip(I think he was WAY more wasted than I was LOL).

I went off a little there, sorry, but the point is that this was completly ridiculous, anywhere it happens, but moreso because of WHERE it happened. That pig should have kept driving and gone and arrested a real criminal comitting a real crime.
