Behold, A Pale "Amendment"

The government encouraged the manufacture and importation of military firearms for criminal use. This was intended to foster a feeling of insecurity, which would lead the American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms. Using drugs and hypnosis on mental patients in a process called Orion, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the antigun lobby. This plan is well under way, and so far is working perfectly. The middle class is begging the government to do away with the 2nd amendment.

Although this appears to be more and more predictable today, I think it’s quite amazing that 23 years ago, Bill predicted the destruction of the 2nd amendment alongside events that have transpired long after his death, such as 911, the sandy hook shootings, and random events involving neurosis programmes such as MK Ultra (Aurora).

No surprise he was regarded by Rush Limbaugh through a White House memo on air as, "...the most dangerous radio host in America".

This man spoke words which shook the foundations of the Socialist Totalitarian World Government.

"There will be no individual Rights only privileges. These will be granted or denied at will by the world supra government. All property is to be owned by the State. There will be a redistribution of wealth. They plan to eliminate class differences and reduce the standard of living to a lower level in the advanced nations, such as the United States, and to a higher standard of living in the so-called third world nations.

"This leveling of the standard of living will be accomplished through a global economic collapse which is in its beginning stages. The economic collapse will fulfill the goal of Marx and Engles' Communist Manifesto mandating the elimination of the middle class. The graduated income tax was the first implementation of this process and is one of the planks of the Communist Manifesto. NAFTA and GATT are a part of this process encouraging industry to move into third-world nations in order to exploit cheap labor.

"All existing religions will disappear. The only religion will be the state religion (humanism or illuminism).

"All County and State governments will be eliminated and replaced with regional government. These regional governments (Home Rule) are already in place. Regionalism is gradually taking control throughout America.

"There will be no more cash. Trade will be accomplished by a system of computer credits with accounts accessed through debit cards or computer chip implants. The cards or implants will also serve as personal identification, drivers license, and etc. When this is completed the human race will be shackled to a computer in a never ending cycle of debt. No action or movement will ever again be private."

Truly prophetic!! He truly is one of the finest examples of a true patriot trying to get information to the people! For this they gunned the man down, sold their b.s. story to the masses and most have forgotten, even sadder yet never knew of the dedication this man put forward for all of us! William Cooper never predicted 9/11, people that say are just repeating urban legend at this point.

1. He found it hard to believe that another reporter had access to Bin Laden so that report had to be a CIA mole.
2. He then said, based on the intelligence that apparently the whole world knew,. their is going to be an attack and it will be blamed on BL ..leaving the because I dont like or believe the other reporter out.

Actually investigate the alleged Cooper prediction of 9/11 vs just repeating it.


I was lucky..i got to see Cooper live 2x..Got to shake hands with him at one of those lectures. Got to read Behold a Pale Horse at a young age. Got to see him get played by the production company with the JFK + blowfish angle. I got to see him go from being convinced that was how JFK was killed to one of his last lectures ripping that production company for almost 60 minutes.

I think Cooper had his strong points, I think he may have been killed by elements within the Govt . I also got to see him be wrong other things but he never predicted 9/11.

Not to take anything away from Bill but anyone could've predicted the destruction of the 2nd amendment.

Some people/groups just hate the idea of freedom.

The Daily Mail headline says, “Canada bans government meteorologists from talking about climate change.” It implies government censorship, but is actually another part of the political battle over global warming. It is reminiscent of James Hansen’s false claim that the Bush White House was muzzling him. John Theon, his NASA boss at the time, says in a US Senate Report it was untrue. There is always a story behind a headline and it is rarely what the media report or imply. This Canadian story forewarns of the problems of controlling bureaucracy.

The Obama administration used the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) and Administrative Law to bypass the checks and balances of the people (Congress). By losing the lawsuit brought against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by the State of Massachusetts that said the EPA were not fulfilling their role of protecting the people from“harmful substances”, they triggered arbitration by SCOTUS. EPA now imposes Obama’s political ambitions through the bureaucracy. The question is how do you control a bureaucracy? The simple answer, as the US Founding Fathers intended, was cut off funding, but like all things political it’s easier said than done.

Unfortunately, most of those "successful," even though they espouse to be telling the real "truth" and are on the side of the majority whom have been lied to, are part of the same mechanical structure of a false revolution, just to make us feel better, cover up their last crimes, pretend that "change" has happened, which will solve all these problems.

It's gone on like that for so long, it's no longer worth debating. Many of those who do are just "fishing," as revealing this comes to a point where it's meaningless, given what I describe. Real change will not happen that or this way.

It is likely that anyone who is successful and has any voice do to that is the very same they are railing, supposedly, against…..Those in charge will not allow a simple human to have any power, nor allow those enslaved to communicate that way with one another in case of the possibility they might combine. JMHO

What does common sense and just looking at the rest of the world tell us? If you want to use your military against your own people those people had better be armed. We see over and over again militaries refuse to fire on unarmed people and in fact change sides. If you think that the the US wants enact martial law then the best way to do so is to have and armed population that the troops would see as a threat a be willing to shoot at. So in fact if you believe in that nonsense then the second amendment would be key into creating a martial law type situation in the us.

I think the most important thing you learn from reading Behold a Pale Horse is there is a plan and it's being implemented as we speak. If a person refuses to understand this they are destined to be a victim of the plan.

I worked with a person who really did work where cooper claimed to have gotten his information from, during the same time period that cooper claimed to be there. My co-worker had never heard of cooper, and when I explained the claims of how cooper got his information for “behold a pale horse”, was told that was impossible as its not how things work there. For one thing, they never receive access to the full parts of any messages they are working on. So there is no way that cooper could have read the documents he claim to have.

In other words, cooper was full of it. I wouldn't put a ounce of belief in anything he wrote. All he really did was cobble together a bunch of existing conspiracies, threw in some science fiction, and passed them off as though he had accessed them from his “secret” military position.

Just saying...

Bill Cooper was full of it and people need to stop mythologizing him and his crap. This has been debunked so many times most people dont even bother anymore. However the OP is evidence that once it makes it into print it will continue to circulate if it serves to support someone's agenda or point of view.

As Cooper moved away from the UFOlogy community in the late 1990s and toward the militia and anti-government group subculture, he became convinced that he was being personally targeted by President Bill Clinton and the IRS. In July 1998 he was charged with tax evasion and an arrest warrant was issued but not executed, resulting in his being named a "major fugitive" by the US Marshals Service in 2000.[6]

On November 5, 2001 Apache County sheriff's deputies attempted to arrest Cooper at his Eagar, Arizona home on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and endangerment stemming from earlier disputes with local residents. After an exchange of gunfire during which Cooper shot one of the deputies in the head, Cooper was fatally shot. Federal authorities reported that Cooper had spent years trying to avoid capture on the 1998 tax evasion arrest warrant, and according to a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service, he had vowed that "he would not be taken alive".

He had stated for years that he would not go down without a fight and would end up dead.
This is what you call a self fulfilling prophecy.

Regardless where he worked, or if he worked for naval intelligence at all, or where the information he presented came from, one thing is for certain....he was way ahead of his time with most of these revelations/theories at the time of the release of Behold a Pale Horse back in 1991. Yeah some things may be distorted in a sense but I think it's safe to say that this guy knew something. That much can't be denied.
