If it was a government attack with gas from rockets or jets then I imagine more than 9 casualties, 2 deaths. Especially talking vx. However if you were talking about homemade weapon launched via slingshot or fireworks (aka from the rebels) the low amount of casualties would make sense.

Also the simple question of who the non civilians were would explain alot. Were the rebels? I suspect not. Were they A ssads guys? Probably.

The fact they left that info out?
