I have to call this one a hoax! But reading it made laugh out loud.

It's really not that unbelievable to be honest

There is absolutely nothing outlandish about those claims. This very well could be accurate information, especially considering what we know...what do we know? Well we know that even people in the US have eaten other people when starving, and we know that people in NK are starving. So it is possible they are eating other people. Even their own children, considering severe hunger will also affect one's rationale.

Cannibalism in times of starvation is nothing new. Considering the apparent conditions most North Koreans live in, I don't have any difficulty believing this.
