Not looking for the 25,000 points. Besides, everyone has put forth some great thoughts and ideas concerning "Deny_______".

My thoughts on the forums:

as posted by seekerof on 11/26/04
One idea could be having different sections based on geography.
Example would be a:
North American Political Forum: sub-forums like Canada, USA, Mexico, etc.
South American Political Forum
European Political Forum: sub-forums like UK, France, Germany, Russia, etc.
Asian Political Forum: sub-forums like China, Japan, India, Pakistan, etc.
Middle Eastern Political Forum: sub-forums Iraq, Iran, Israel/Palestine, Saudi Arabia, etc.
Australia and New Zealand Political Forum
African Political Forum

Then there could be individual forum or sub-forum for each geography:
North American Social and Economic Issues
South American Social and Economic Issues
European Social and Economic Issues

Current and Past Conflict Discussions for each

Current and Past Global or National Military and Security Issues for each.

Global or National Political Humor for each (ie: a place to post national politcal humor incorporating humorous political art or illustrations)

Gay and Lesbian Issues and Rights

Environmental Issues

Educational Issues

Reproduction and Choice Issues

We should have something just to post upcoming legislation that we discover them trying to slip through.....with the bill titles and numbers so we can go to the Thomas Library and look them up and read just what they have to say.
It's kind of scary that they almost missed the bill through that would give government representative the ability to look at our income taxes without any sort of protection for us written into it. Even when I do understand the main idea behind it wasn't that bad. I think it would be very helpful if we were to list the ones that we do come across in one place, and then, well, if someone feels strongly about one or more of them, they at least know what they are doing and can put a little heat on their elected representatives.

I also think that American politics shouldn't be dominating it, we have too many from other parts of the world, and I think we american sometimes give them the impression that we think we are the only ones.....I know I am guilty of it.

maybe this ones been said, but what about:

Deny Indifference

With todays indifference to the political world in regards to getting people to vote, and having people become involved in the political aspect of the world, I believe this would be fitting.

Indifference is basically "lack of response".

Just a personal note:

I really like Deny Them.

Yeah the world is upside down, just dump "deny," as a prefix, make it a suffix, so to speak.

Okay here it is, just make the theme Plausible Deniability

You can change it if you insist, call it Deny Implausability

I still prospose an approach to "turn the world upside down," and "all politics is local." I continue to think the first choice is better. Also the tenor of "deny," so far is a double negative. "Deny Ignorance." is exactly that, as well as "deny boredom."

Okay comments please, anyone second the motion for these two suggestions? They are of course Plausible Denyability and Deny Implausability.

Please use a paper ballot on this, and deny the totalitarian banana republic!

Thats my take on it anyways. Deny Apathy. Apathy is why people don't vote, apathy is why people just don't care, apathy is why people don't have a voice, and apathy is why people get leaders that they don't want.

We are so hooked on denial. Why not acceptance?

Accept Revolution.

My two-cents...*looks in wallet*, egh...I mean two-pence.

Deny Division is my submission

maybe Deny Partisinship (sp)

The problem with politics is the huge margin of division between the parties.. and the hate between them..

OK its time for a few more cents/sense from me

defy ignorance
defy mediocrity
defy absolutism
defy oppression

Here is my thought on this. Its different from the rest, but it somes up what it should be really about....

"Deny division, Promote unity"

First I must say that this is a great idea. I've grown very tired of Bush this or Bush that in every single thread I read, no matter how insignificant.

I only went through about 6 pages so I must apologize if someone else used these.

.....and now for my slogans:

Deny Loyalty
Deny Depravity
Deny Totalitarianism
Deny Anarchy
Deny Establishmentarianism
Deny Bandwagoning

posted on Dec, 1 2004 @ 08:39 AM
Deny kakistocracy
kakistocracy: goverment by the worst

Deny kleptocracy
kleptocracy: goverment by thieves

Well my humble suggestions are:

Deny Logic
Deny Procrastination
