U.S. Senator Harry Reid has been slapped with a major complaint saying his constant and jealous maniacal thundering rant attacks against the Koch Brothers right on the Senate floor could be illegal as well as unethical !!

The Tea Party Patriots are the complainants.

I always thought Harry has been "campaigning" on many issues using the taxpayers money and resources.

He can afford the luxury of getting spanked because he himself is not up for re-election this year.

He can be the self-appointed scapegoat for candidates running.

Harry might have a problem here.

Tea Party Patriots has filed a complaint against Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) with the Senate Ethics Committee to protest his repeated attacks against Charles and David Koch.

Jenny Beth Martin, the co-founder of Tea Party Patriots, filed the complaint, charging Reid with “unlawfully and unethically targeting private citizens.”

The complaint further states that Reid “has misused Senate staff or resources to engage in partisan campaign activity in violation of federal laws and Senate rules.”

Reid has repeatedly slammed the Koch brothers, two of the richest men in the world, for funding attack ads against Democratic candidates.

Oh. So the Koch funded Tea Party Patriots (you know they're patriotic because they put "Patriots" right in the name!) filed a complaint against Harry Reid for attacking the Koch Brothers... for funding Tea Party groups? Isn't attacking the Tea Party and attacking the Koch Brothers exactly the same thing?

Harry broke the golden rule of politics. Thou shalt not speak ill of wealthy people.

Americans for Prosperity, a group backed by the Kochs, reportedly plans to spend $125 million on the midterm elections to help Republicans capture a Senate majority. Reid has called the brothers “un-American” and accused them of “trying to buy America.”

Harry was just silly to make this accusation. According to Cheney it costs around 300 million to buy our government. So for 125 million they would just be buying a department or two.

The Tea Party isn't using taxpayer money !!!

Actually they do. Many of the incoming freshmen TPers stuck the taxpayers with the bill for their personal cars one member charges the taxpayers a 1,000 bucks a month for the lease of his 2011 Chevy Equinox. Couldn't these people afford cars before their elections?

But they didn't use the cars to bash Democrats on Congressional floors did they?

And you need to show proof of this outrage !!

Seven Tea Party Freshmen Spent More Than $100,000 In Taxpayer Money On Personal Cars

Though they campaigned on a platform of reducing the deficit and ridding wasteful spending, more than a half-dozen Tea Party congressmen have collectively spent over $100,000 in taxpayer money on personal vehicles. ThinkProgress examined spending records for the 112th Congress and found seven GOP freshmen — Reps. Chip Cravaack (R-MN), Sean Duffy (R-WI), Bill Flores (R-TX), Cory Gardner (R-CO), Bill Johnson (R-OH), Mike Pompeo (R-KS), and Steve Womack (R-AR) — who had spent an average of $15,000 on cars for themselves. All together, their taxpayer bill totaled $106,643.

It's a really sad day here in America when telling the truth in the halls of Congress is deemed to be unethical.

"Harry Reid" ... "attacks against the Koch Brothers" ???

-
Why don't the Koch Brothers call the ... "Nevada Mental Health Crisis Line ???

BECAUSE

The Crisis-Workers would be REQUIRED to Interview-n-Evaluate Mr. Reid and choose to either:

1. Send Him HOME ...
( i.e. he's not an endangerment to himself nor others).

OR

2. Send Him to a MENTAL-HOSPITAL ...
( i.e. he's an endangerment to himself )

OR

3. Sent Him to JAIL ...
( i.e. he's an endangerment to others )

-
OPINION: The Koch Brothers wouldn't have to pay a dime !!!

( and Mr. Harry would get to use more of his state's benefits )
.

edit on 2-6-2014 by FarleyWayne because: It seems Most-Logical to choose: "3. Sent Him to JAIL".
