Maybe, but I have doubts. It pretty much requires a radio telescope to isolate and capture such a weak signal. His description doesn't really seem
to fit a pulsar. He described a 1-2-3-4 sequence of sounds.
Jupiter, on the other hand can generate a pretty strong signal. Here's an interesting analysis which used the same equipment which Tesla was using to
