Bankrupting the health care system is running full tilt in America.

Officials seek to enroll jail inmates in Medi-Cal

Between inmates and illegals I wonder what kind of health care a working citizen in California could get if they weren't burden by the cost of these two expenses. As a former resident and patient in Kalifornia I can tell you it is miserable. Illegals line the waiting room and hallways of ER because according to law they cannot be refused. Get a cold go to ER it's free. Have something serious the wait time is nuts. In some hospitals medical and meta-caid are as much as 80% of income. Seems Obamacare will just be the finish. We are already 5 Billion into non working websites.

some emergency rooms have started a new thing in california...you call first and find out how long the wait is, say it is 3 hours, if you pay them 10 bucks they give you a time to come in in 3 hours and you do the waiting at home.

an especially long wait is much better to spend most of it at home for sure and it keeps the ER from getting too many people at once, less time exposed and exposing others to germs.

anybody else hear of this?

We should spend the 10 bucks on a bus ticket to send illegals home. Now that would be a return on your investment.

Mornin',

You were all warned.
Now, it's become easy to see that with all the fines hidden in Barrycare that this is just one big money grab.
250K fine for lying when these navigators are trying to get people to lie about their personal info in the first place?
You should have all caught on when the IRS was put in charge of the money collection.
But now it's too late.
You should have opposed it from the start.
But now it's too late.
Y'all should have just paid the non-enrollment fine and said "screw you" to this nightmare.
(It certainly would have been cheaper!)
But now it's too late.
Now, what are you gonna do?
You're all gonna just sit there and take it.
When will the sleeping masses learn that access to health insurance is not the same thing as access to actual healthcare?
Sigh...

-Peace-
