police brutality is minimized, however, when there is a greater sense of community. Meaning that the police know the public and the public knows the police. Larger towns....this is far less likely. Smaller towns....almost guaranteed.

..and if you are one of those outsiders you %%t out of luck and you cop the zero tolerance brutality the lot. I know ive been to such a town/small city yes i know some backwards folks with very conservative minds sets dont like outsiders but thats cold comfort for those outsiders isnt it?
As for big cities the world over except for the fraternal societies etc.. which many coppers seem to be part of most dont give toss for cops most hated role for those with any sense of civil liberties in the world.
