I can't let go of some of the past either. There are some things I just cannot accept and get over. I have to take one day at a time. There are also some things that are completely out of my control, some very bad things that are inevitable, all bad. I'm scared and I'm worried. I have bad dreams sometimes and wake up crying. It's one thing when things are in our control, but quite another when there isn't a damned thing we can do about it.

For me it's that I have been through too much for too long. One person can only take so much. Too many years of just one thing after another and another and another. And bad things to look forward to in the coming years. So, You are not alone in your struggles. I have my little pets that make me smile. I have my books and lose myself within the pages, I have a couple of good friends and things I do for a diversion. One day at a time my dear friend, one day at a time. HUGS!!!!!

Yes Night. One Day At A time. I do try to live by that.

But as you know, sometime's it just all builds up.

This morning I am feeling better. And I have a busy day ahead. I will smile and think positive.

No worries Crappie! We all have our battles. Sometimes we share them, sometimes we don't. I don't for the most part. But they are mine and I make them part of me and I learn from the loss and the wins. And I realize that what once worked one time, may very well not work another.

Gotta stay flexible in life. It doesn't slow down for anybody.

Good Morning to all.

The weather is slowly getting better. I am loving the warmer temps. Was out all day yesterday, and plan to be out as much as possible today.

Now were getting into tornado season. (I know, no such thing.) Anyway, I am glad to be where I am, since the threat of a tornado's in my area is less than where I was.

The weather channel would stay on 24/7 down in Illinios. Up here, I still pay attention, however my anxiety level is much lower.

Didn't even flinch when they had that small earthquake last week. LOL!!!

Hope everyone is having a good day. I am off to conquer the day.

OMG, I have never in my life experienced an earthquake or seen a tornado! Scary!!!!!

This is my day out with my friend for lunch and shopping. We both need shoes and some groceries and stuff.

I can take pics of nature too and they still turn out great.
