Oh Hiya Syx if you are still around! BOO! Loved your Night flight with the other dragons! I'll make another entry tomorrow as it is quite late and I should get my elven arse to bed. LOL

Sweet dragon dreams!

The Wolf Lord watched the little dance between Feline and Elf play out and was amused. This one of the Felines was somewhat Powerful, but more than that, he was centered and had not allowed their escape to damage his psych.

The Wolf Lord trans-located himself to be close to this one and made himself visible. The Feline turned at his approach and bowed deeply. He said, "We owe you a debt that will be impossible to repay. I am Talon our War Leader and I am assuming you are one of the Most Revered Guardians of the Portals. I am in awe just being in your presence."

Shadow replied, "Yes, I am Shadow, one of the Wolf Lords and Guardians of the Portal System. Your world is served by a Portal, so I am concerned as to who defeated you and why. If they traveled through the Portals to do so, then it would indicate that my kind has missed something. If that is the case, we will also remedy the situation."

Talon replied, "Nay Wolf Lord, your kind missed nothing. They descended from the heavens in one huge sphere and landed in the water. We thought it had sunk, but then these creatures emerged from the sea and started building in their strange fashion.

"We left them alone and all was well for a time. When they finished their building work, they attacked. They attack in groups using small strange flying things that send out the smallest of arrows. These cause sleep or death. They killed mostly capturing only the little ones.

"It did not matter how well one camouflaged one's self, still they would be found. I lost many of my best. We had no answer. They were not using Magic and still they found us. Thank you for saving those that I could not. We sent warnings to our other communities but I fear they will fare no better."

Shadow considered his words and then said, "Speak to the Elf and the Dragon that changes form. Perhaps they will have an answer. If that proves fruitless, then call my name. Remember though, Wolf Lords only help those willing to help themselves. I will have this investigated."

Shadow nodded and trans-located again, going invisible. Using his Seeing Sphere, he sent a full report to his home world and recommended that the situation be investigated. It sounded to him like an invasion by one of the Ships that traveled between the stars. It was not a good thing. Battles between science and the Arcane were always dangerous affairs. Lowly, inconsequential species with one weapon could do much damage.

Still, he would consider his next move when he had more information.

Ok Good Night Pheonix. One quick question before you enter the Astral Realm.
You mentioned Aliens. Bi pedal 4 arm Behemoth like on John Carter from Mars, or the smaller?
Or diff alien species altogether......?? Did you maybe have anything specific in Mind?
I used a Bi-Pedal 4 arm alien race in one of My stories. Similar to the green guy in the middle,
but with a face shared more like a wolf, with tusks like a wild boar.
Muscular long haired scruffy bunch. Great Hunters......
I'll drop in a pic of the two I mentioned from the movie in case You have not seen it.
I'd assume You have seen it, but I made an Ass of Myself enough yesterday,
and would prefer not to repeat that today! LOL!!!
ETA: Looks like I missed Ya. Here's an image with two aliens from that movie.

Good grief!! Jacy was NOT offended! We were having fun!

I'm sorry I disappeared.
My mama-in-law calls often, and sometimes is freaking out about something that isn't real.
I have to spend time talking to her to calm her down. (It's like talking a jumper off a ledge sometimes)....
After, I'm all stressed out.
By the time I got off the phone, my computer had gone into hibernation mode, so I just shut it off and tried to calm myself down.

Now I'm chugging coffee, trying to be awake...and getting caught up on the story additions.
I had fun playing with you & CC last night....I needed some fun!

Well Hello and Good Morning Young Lady! I thought I was most likely over reacting. Glad I was! I was just thinking of writing a short poem about yesterday! I was just running it through My head on the way down the hall and back from gettin another cup of coffee!! LOL!!!
Dealing with Your Mom in law does sound stressful at best a lot. I don't blame You for just shutting down to try and relax.
I would probably do the same.
I know. Yesterday was a riot! It was fun as hell!!! Different too to have CC in here along for the antics. She can be quite fun usually!!

Hey Syx bud!

For me,
Things are just smashing,
Just rushing around at work,
Getting a little cash in,
Found myself in a rhyming mood,
Just after consuming,
Some lunchtime food,
Got cheesed off at Westminster,
Because their game is so sinister,
Decided to vent,
Wrote a rhyme without relent,
And if its a sin,
It is one I cannot repent.

Haven't quite finished,
With this rhyming kick,
Normal service will be resumed,
Once I have it licked!
