Thanks Jane! Gilligan's Island still makes me chuckle even though I've seen every episode multiple times. Kind of like the Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies cartoons. They're timeless!

Jane, I like to say that I am the Happy Go-Lucky, Fun Loving asshole. (You know? The forgivable type of asshole because they don't know any better)

The thing is, I've realized that I have lost the first two and am just a asshole now. It's time to go out and look for the Happy Go-Lucky, Fun Loving part again. It happens from time to time whereas the better parts of me wander off. Gotta retrieve them.

Today will be my last day on ATS until I find me again.

Yes, I wrote that poem on the spot, upon hearing of Dawgs intention to take a break from the forums for a while.

The melting has abated some what, although my fan is still on its maximum setting. There is however an additional stiff breeze coming in, and although it is a warm breeze, it is a fast breeze, which is almost as good as a slow, cold breeze.

And regarding the driving, well I get to do it some more tomorrow! I am looking forward to it with great anticipation

Dawg looked at the Flotilla sadly. “I hate leaving these folk.” he thought, “I like them.”

He strapped his ruck onto his canoe and shoved off. He hated goodbyes. But it was something he had to do and he knew that he would return eventually. He didn’t even know why he had to leave…he just knew.

A Pixie fluttered by and landed on his shoulder. “What the hell are ya doing Dawg!?

“None of your business Sam.”

“Sam!? I’m Billy!!”, the pixie yelled.

“Yea, yea, OK you all look the same to me, no offense, but it’s time to go.”

“Go where?” Billy asked.

“I don’t know, maybe to find Syx..but at the moment, all I know is I have to go.”

All of a sudden, Pixies swarmed all about him. “We’ll help!” they trilled.

“Well, at least I won’t be lonely.” Dawg thought as he shoved off,

No goodbyes Dawg, that sounds too final. See you later when you return home to your family here. We love you and will always be here for you. You shall be missed! HUGS!!!!!
