Looks like a burst from the sun

I went with the candle wick, just because above and to the right of the "flame" it looked like the residue you get on the wick from some candles.

Almost looks like it could be a match lighting.

Well, it is orange and roundish, so it must be a UFO, specifically an alien ship. Especially if this was photographed at night.

Who woulda thunk motor oil could look like an atomic explosion?

First thing I saw was a hand waving (downward motion) magician's flashpaper.

when I clicked to enlarge the pic I thought it looked like the palm of a hand but wasn't sure about the rest of the pic....never would have guessed car oil

Thank you! Candle has fat which is animal oil so you gave a very close guess.

Well, our whole universe could be existing in someone else's old motor oil too, just a thought.

Who really knows what lies beyond the known boundaries of our Universe, no one!
