I agree this is not 0bama's fault 100%.

Yeah it is HIS fault.

The Potus was running his mouth about it 2 YEARS AGO.

He said his administration is working to clear the backlog of disability benefits and treatments. "No veteran should have to wait months or years for the benefits that you've earned, so we will continue to attack the claims backlog. We won't let up. We will not let up," he said.

Well, gosh he's only 6 years late. He did promise to fix the VA as a campaign promise. But err he's been too busy creating the Obamacare website and taking vacations. If only he'd got to it sooner.
My guess is it wasn't on Valerie Jarrett's to-do list.
