Where will Disclosure Come From?

It would be highly unlikely aliens use rocket fuel to travel.
We are just hairless monkeys relative to an alien.
Just because you have never seen an alien and refuse to believe the reports from others, does NOT mean aliens do not exist.
There were no black swans up until after someone found them and man would never fly until after the Wright Brothers proved them like you wrong!

Where will Disclosure Come From?

Ultimately real disclosure must come from one source - The aliens themselves - Assuming you believe aliens exist, only the aliens themselves could grant disclosure - Will they? Maybe when they feel the time is right, when they feel Man needs to know and can absorb the shock of disclosure will they manifest in a way that Man can accept.

I believe African countries would be the first to know. It's because if there is alien life they might not want to have to do anything with us and it might be people can get out (like OBE's, dreams, the great beyond, a heaven on another planet by humans from another planet, like a religion but not of this world).

It might be those who care would start with those who have it the worst in terms of food, disease and conflicts. They also are closer to nature where the West is way off;

- LGBT movement, they are just not following nature's ways and make everybody accept them and the phenomenon, obvious to some but unimaginable to the most indoctrinated/brainwashed
- Psychiatry; which endorses LGBT but most worst of all they claim the human mind can be split and that this is uncurable, like an eternal curse which might work on (telepathic/psychic) humans from other (home)worlds
- the views on male/female, where the female should get tougher but lose out on being harmless and pretty and males should be softer but lose out on the 'strong' image of males

Those 3 problems are the most important hindrances for establishing contact, while other countries such as Africa but also Arab countries do not suffer from (yet) or have less problems with because of different laws. It might be a matter of time until those countries fall also, it might also go on forever or create a 3rd world war.

ok go with your hypothesis but look at it as "when each individual becomes aware and can accept them they will reveal themselves". some people will never find disclosure even if it is staring them right in the face.
