I think that if humans lived on Mars over time there mucsles would weaken due to the lower gravity. I also think that there would be the humans lungs would change due to the differnt atmosphere .

are you talking about the atmosheric pressure because if like i said in the near future mars was terraformed the air would be breathable so the lungs would'nt have to change to take in all that extra co2

I was refering to human lungs in general. I assume that there will be humans on mars before they terraforme the plant.
