Pretty sad that a male police officer has to use this kind of force on a women to subdue her. If she was really resisting arrest, I would think his physical training alone should have been enough to subdue her. To fire pepper spray at her face is just plain malice!

It seems like the two tier justice system strikes again! If your wealthy, a celebrity or a police officer, chances are you'll only get a slap on the wrist.
