Did anyone watch Rosemary's baby?

I wanted to catch it but with yesterday being momma's day...
I had to let the wife watch her Once Upon a Time, instead.
I can catch it on line but I wanted to know if it's worth watching after all the hype ?

Any thoughts?

Yea it's a good film for 60's standards. Psychologically trippy film by Roman Polanski.

So...I am thinking you are talking about the new TV series? I did not see it.

However...I have seen the original movie "Rosemary's Baby" with Mia Farrow...it is a 60's movie and from what I have heard..some people have said that in reality...some scenes in the movie are fairly accurate of what really goes on (at times) in Satanic circles.

I think we're talking of two different films...
Yeah I've seen the original but NBC is supposed to do a big two part mini series.

They aired part 1 last night... bad timing on their part as it came on against game of thrones and once upon a time. Both shows my wife watches religiously

Part two of the new Rosemary's Baby comes out later this week .

LMAO...I think the op is talking about the new miniseries I missed it too so I'm no help. Hopefully someone who actually watched it will come along soon.

but NBC did a really piss poor job of letting us know where and when

Saw the original. (Even watched Whatever Happened to Rosemary's Baby, abysmal. ) Own the first edition hardcover as well.
I'll pass on this one. Seems like too much time for such a quick read.

Thought the Omen trilogy was better. I know they made more than three. But the others dont count. Sam Neil was a perfect Antichrist. The scene of him in his attic talking to a bloody statue of "the Nazarene" was awesome.

Anton LaVey was an advisor on the film and even played the Devil.
Funny how he never believed in one. His brand of Satanism is just Hedonism with some shock value for attention.

I caught it last night. It was a good updated version. It's longer than the original movie so there's more details added.

Movie sounds good but TV series...I don't see where it could go over much time.

Thanks, then i certainly will watch it. I read an interesting article "proving" that the anti-Christ will come out of Turkey, can' wait to see their take on it in the new RB.
