Watch the second video I posted. If you stop the video just before the things fall off the shelf, you'll see that she is not touching the counter at all with her body. And she is putting food into a plate... not pushing anything. She didn't push, (or jump) until after the things began to fall... due to being startled.

I didn't say her body, I said her left hand was pressing forward on some piece of equipment - right before the cups fall. Go back and read and watch again please.

Okay, I did. It looks like she is holding on to the pot she is dipping the food from. Her had didn't move until the cups began to fall, as a startled response.
Did you watch the second video I posted? It shows a better view of things.
