Posting Requirements for Posse Commitatus forum?

Hello all, I am new to this. Anyways, I just have a simple question here for a smarter member than I or a moderator if one would be so kind to inform me.

I have noticed I am unable to make threads or post replies to anybodys' threads in the Posse Commitatus forum. This is the only forum I have came across I cannot post in.

I have read SkepticOverlord's thread on the guidelines of the forums and I do not see this mentioned anywhere so, is there prerequisites to be able to post in this forum or any others? A certain number of posts required beforehand perhaps? ( I have less than 200 )

There is a 500 post requirement for posting in that forum. You can however reply to individual posters and participate in ongoing threads that way.
