Media outlets in Iran are reporting that the Iranians have agreed to have 20 centrifuges monitored by cameras. These are the centrifuges that they
recently sought to have exempt from the original agreement to cease enrichment activities. The deal was negotiated also in tandem with the three
European powers of Germany, France, and Britain. The Iranian program can produce both low-grade nuclear fuel and weapons-grade material for nuclear
warheads.

TEHRAN, Iran -- Iranian media outlets have reported that Iran has reached a compromise with the three European powers in Vienna and the International
Atomic Energy Agency over its agreement to suspend its nuclear-enrichment program.
Iran had sought to have 20 centrifuges exempted from its suspension of its nuclear program, arguing in talks at the Vienna-based U.N. nuclear watchdog
agency that their use would be limited to research and development.
State-run and a private Iranian news organizations, quoting Iranian officials in Vienna, said that, under the compromise, the 20 centrifuges would not
be sealed by the IAEA, but instead would be monitored by cameras.

I find it interesting that all this is being negotiated, apparently without US input. It will be interesting to see how Washington responds to this,
especially with the "evidence" that Powell has secured.
