Soon or later it had to happen, not even finished reading. Please take all the measures you need to prevent it.

A deadly virus from the Middle East that causes severe acute respiratory illness has turned up in Indiana in the first known case in the United States. The man fell ill after arriving in the U.S. about a week ago from Saudi Arabia, where he is a health care worker.

The virus — known as MERS, short for Middle East respiratory syndrome — first surfaced two years ago. Since then, 401 cases of the illness have been confirmed in 12 countries. Most have been in Saudi Arabia, and 93 people have died, says the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in a news release.

The U.S. case involves a man in Indiana who traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned to the United States through London Heathrow airport to Chicago's O'Hare airport and then to Indiana by bus, the CDC says.

How bad it it :

"This is a rapidly evolving situation," Assistant Surgeon General Anne Schuchat, who is also the director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases,

So What The News Isn't Gonna Tell Us is that the Government Will Keep One Patient in Constant Quarantine For Further Research and Kill the Rest. Indiana Will Be Barred and "Domed" from The US?

His Life Has Been Sadly Forfeited. (If He is the One Kept...) And He Probably Has Indirectly Killed His Family/ Friends/ maybe Even the Entire State.
You have a 30% Mortality Rate, But You'll Still Have the Virus and Be Used for Research Because You Can still Infect Others.

This Could Be the Great Purge! 30% of the Population Will Die. (Doom Porn num num num num)

Sad Regards,

Will be an awesome excuse to have a sort of blood test at the airports.

And so it begins...

This is really sad and not good at all. Let's hope it doesn't turn into something much more than it already is.

It's bad news, but MERS is still not something that passes easily from person to person. There's a chance he's spread it to others, but it won't spread as easily as the common cold or yearly flu bugs.

Just keep an eye on things in case it comes to your neck of the woods. And start treating the world like there is a big bad flu epidemic in your area - stay away from crowds, wash your hands, disinfect, etc.

It will be wise to pay attention how this situation flows thru the media. An extremely alarminng coverage will be a sign of upcoming unpleasant measures....,if you know what I mean.

If media ignores this, mean it is really serious.

So "they" developed a race specific bio-weapon.

Released it on the intended targets.

But theres been unintended consequences.

And now everyone else is potentially at risk.

Well people aren't dropping dead in Saudi Arabia in large numbers, so I see no reason why they might start dropping dead anywhere else?

That's a pretty big stretch, especially considering that hot climates are where most diseases evolve in the first place.
