The good deeds thread

I'd like to start a thread showcasing various people doing good deeds. I know it can get pretty doomy and gloomy on ATS sometimes, so I want to create a thread can help us all through the anger and sadness we see in the world today.

Often times people have a misconception about people with tattoos, they're criminals, drug addicts and low life's. Well the shop my husband works at proves this wrong annually. They have had several fundraisers throughout the years. $50 for a tattoo and 100% of the money donated directly to the person their having the fundraiser for. They have raised thousands of dollars to help local people in the community suffering from cancer.

This Sunday, Garage Ink on Lincoln Avenue in Napa is donating all its walk-in proceeds to the family of Cameron Marsh, a 7-year-old Napa boy stricken with a rare brain cancer.
