Triggers are made to be pulled with the strength of one finger... You can push just as easily with that same finger (downers or no downers).

When we have to say that he could not activate a trigger then I feel we are now making excuses because it is so sad a beloved music icon killed himself...

EDIT: People who play guitar professionally tend to have strong fingers and hands....
