The old leader of Ukraine was impeached twice and ordered to leave office by their federal judges, BY LAW!!!!! That was before the protest that led him to flea like a chicken to Russia.

The second he left the physical office the government replaced him! Just as we would do in the U.S. BY LAW!!!!
