Tea party has been corrupted by the powers that pee,

Naaaah, you are thinking of the Occu-poopers .. they poo'd and pee'd everywhere. Even on top of police cars. Their 'camps' were a filthy mess. (and there was rape in them).

The Tea Party was hijacked by far right fundamentalist Christians .. not 'pee'rs'.

The side on the left is the side on the right. Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner.

I think we should vote for the political party with the hottest babes.

Because hot babes don't hang out with loser-dorks.

So if hot babes are hanging out with a specific political party, then it'll be the cool party to vote for.

You mean like your crush, Sarah Palin?

LEAVE SARAH PALIN ALONE!!!!!

The number 1 reason why people should stay away from the rep or the dems.

Maybe people should vote on laws instead of voting on who will vote them?

Just saying...I mean, you guys in the US just aren`t gonna get along anyway whatever happens. This is whole scam isn`t going anywhere other than filling the pockets of the same parasites that molded the system for the populace to battle each other instead of looking at the real problems.

I`m a left thinker ( a minority on ATS ) and I just couldn`t identify myself with any US political parties. Please, stop thinking (and some saying boastfully) that the left likes the Dems.

The first two points invalidated this entire argument for me.

10. I’ll vote Republican because even though I’m a woman, I love being told that I shouldn’t be paid equally because of the “free-market.” I also love being told that I’m not allowed conteception, or my legal right to an abortion (but a man can have Viagra and penis pumps no problem).

9. I’ll vote Republican because we must suffer the deaths of 31,000 men, women and children a year in order to preserve the option of assassinating our democratically elected politicians with our guns we bought at Walmart.

The author is complaining about not being able to get an abortion and in almost the same breath complaining about the loss of life? There is a huge difference between a boner and a 24-week-old unborn baby. Hypocrisy at it's finest.

I'm not even a Republican and I think this list is complete rubbish.

We can actually have a decent President, please dont miss this opportunity.

Except for the fact that it DOES NOT MATTER who we vote for because our votes don't really count because of the "Electoral College" which actually made since WAYYYYYYYYYYY back in the day when there was not enough time to get everything tallied

Where as today our actual votes can be tallied and counted. Does anyone remember the "Chads" issue in FL

There is their vote "Electoral College" and the popular vote which is "Our Vote"

Either way the man or let me PC the person elected is only a puppet; OBAMA has proven that over and over again anyone for some more HOPE and CHANGE.

Well we hoped like HELL and got a lot of change only for the worse

God Bless America

2. I’ll vote Republican because I support the gap between the richest and the middle class to widen because our policies only pander to the rich, and then complain that there is “class warfare” against us. - See more at: www.abovetopsecret.com...

I don't know about number 2... the last 5 years under Obama and the Democratic controlled Senate (and House for a couple years) the rich have only gotten richer and the middle class/poor have been hammered. How do Republicans get the blame for that? Without even being in charge?

The points against the democrats are rather polite, yet they are true. The reasons for voting republican are basically lies that liberals tell themselves to convince them that everything is unicorns and rainbows.

Here are three reasons to vote Republican, that really should go without saying:

1. Barack
2. Hussein
3. Obama

Reason not to vote Republican

1) George
2) W
3) Bush

Sounds to me voting for either party is a futile exercise. So why not try a 3rd option? Cant do any worse than the other clowns!

To points 4, 6,7 9, 13

Bush saw the the introduction of the patriot act, NSA spying, the biggest bank bail outs in history and a huge militarization of the federal government!

You sir must be blind as a bat!

Obama and friends just ran with and expanded on what Bush boy started!

Both parts are as bad as each other and as long as you dont see that your country will continue to go down the toilet!

Admittedly, politics are not my strong suit.

This is a conspiracy site, according to some, so I'll ask this:

Does it matter who gets elected? Aren't TPTB the ones behind the scenes actually running the show? Isn't the president just the face of the country? Presidential elections, to me, seem like one, big, commercialized mess.

We live in a time where our leaders are not elected by their ideals and goals, but rather the depth of their pockets.

Even if you are right, you still have to stand for something. The often repeated "they all suck" disposition, in and of itself, ultimately goes nowhere.

I would stand for third option.

Voting for either Democraps or Republicons ultimately goes nowhere too.

In all fairness...

Nothing you listed is an accurate representation of conservative beliefs. There was absolutely no fairness in your artificial rebuttal.

This sort of distortion is typical of leftist-extremists like yourself. How can there be equitable governance if you either don't understand your opposition's beliefs or you knowingly slander them or lie about their side of the arguments?

Uhm. Before you speak on things you don't understand... I posted this in fun. (from another source - not my words) You obviously didn't take the time to read my thoughts on the other thread or must not have encountered me on the boards before.

TIL: I am a leftist-extremest. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

ETA: This is one of my recent threads - Democracy Dying at the Hands of the Left - The Welfare State

ETA 2: - Look at my thread history if you want to see how you're wrong.
