'Hydrogen Production Method Could Bolster Fuel Supplies' a story in tommorrow's NY Times (28-Nov-04), says performing electrolysis at high
temperatures can be done much more energy efficiently than with other methods.
The qualms I have about it is that it seems to imply that Nuclear plants are the most likely source for the high temperatures involved.
