Cigarette Free -1 month and counting!

I am sooo glad I posted it then!! I saw it on FB and your name came up so I thought it may be good info for you.

My dear, the first couple of weeks are really hard, I was also dying to have a cigarette and I went to the shops dozens of times to buy a packet.......but luckily I didn't. Soon it will be a lot easier.

I'll be honest: when somebody lights a ciggie near me I still love the smell, but the 'after ciggie' smell on their clothes and breath I can't stand it and you'll probably experience the same. I think it's a natural way for your body to reject something yo know it's harmful for you...I don't know...

Don't give up! If you ever want to talk to me about it, please feel free to do so...I know it's hard!
