This looks like a Ragdoll to me. I had one for years, the best cat EVER!! His name was Romeo and he was just the sweetest thing. They act more like dogs really. He would greet me at the door when I got home from work.

It appears to be a Sinagolian Crosseyed Flatulent Staring cat... a rare breed indeed.

j/k...

let me track down my wife and ask her... she'd know

EDIT TO ADD: If you pick the cat up by holding it's belly, and it goes completely limp... quite probably a ragdoll or ragdoll mix... she did learn me that

All cats look the same to me unfortunately, diabolical little monsters.

But at least it looks like a cute diabolic monster...

I'm Mr. Meeseeks.

It resembles a Blue Point Siamese to me.

Balinese. Ragdoll. Often mistaken for Himalayans.

I've had several. They're beautiful, and some of them are very placid and easy-going. Others are, well, uppity.

My subject matter expert agrees 100%... she immediately said siamese/persian when she saw the pic...

Looks like a Ragdoll to me but it could be a Burmese/Himalayan mix?

Here's Simba, a Mittens Ragdoll. The "Mittens" are white from between the eyes in a V all the way along the belly to their genitals. This is a long hair version and he is amazing, just really smart, knows his name, shakes paws, comes when he is called, etc. and if you pick him up he goes limp and just lays over your arm. He also likes to ride on shoulders, he just lays up there and sleeps while I am walking around. I'm not a cat person, but then, this ain't no cat, I think it's an alien in a cat suit LOL.

Different from the conventional ragdoll, but they do change colour for about 3 years before they finally stay the colour they will remain for the rest of their lives. Ragdolls can have Blue or Yellow/Gold eyes and they are generally born ALL white.

BTW, Ragdolls can grow quite large, 18 to 26 lbs and have large paws, but are not normally fat. Simba is about 10 months old in this pic, has another 2 years to grow and is already about 18 lbs.

Cheers - Dave

Looks like long haired Siamese otherwise known as Balinese or Javanese. Himalayan cats are basically Siamese / Persian and have Persian features with colour point. Ragdoll cats have blue eyes.

Balinese cat

I have had blue points before, the coloring of that cat is not blue point. That is a chocolate or seal point. I looked up the breeds people have suggested and Balinese does seem to fit.

I vote Balinese. I have one and he looks just like that.

It appears to be a lazy, spoiled cat. Is that a breed?

I had a Himalayan and his fur was longer , like a lion face. The pic does not look like a Himalayan.

I'll go with Balinese.

To the OP. It looks like what you have here is a long-haired feline.
