I agree.. why would he personally feel he's being targeted by this.. it's very odd.

Why believe a man would use a picture of his own daughter to do it?

I wonder if the fellow is fit to be the Dean.. sounds screwy to me.

Edit: The school had better have a very good reason that they believe this sort of thing. Otherwise, I agree with the other poster that says that there seems to be something screwy about the story.

Sounds like someone in the administration is a bit paranoid of him to take it as a threat aimed at a dean. Can't help but wonder why.
