You know that the "mandate" was the insurance pushing so they would not be bankrupted when the pool of healthy and young people fail to sign in and pay for insurance, so the pre existing condition pool be balanced, they needed to take the freedom of choice of Americans under the commerce clause to protect profits.

But sadly most young and healthy Americans today are within the poor and needy living from payday to payday on minimum wages.

So now the gouging is been targeted to the productive working class that pay for everything in this nation and had insurance to begin with but were dropped out by the insurance companies so they can increased the premiums in case no enough healthy young Americans sign up.

So now the productive class will be bankrupted, let see how the government is going to get their taxable income revenue to pay for subsidies and waste and abuse.

The crocks will always have ways to screw everybody to protect profit margins.

The type of tweaking you mention, is like putting a band-aid on a large crack in the Hoover damn.

Tweaking is not going to fix this nightmare called Obamacare.

Disagree...My eyes are wide open. I know the course the healthcare industry was on before ACA/Obamacare...this is indisputably better and it can indisputably be improved upon...but the GOP alternative of "Die Quicker" doesn't sell.

I don't agree with you, that the voters will not be letting those who voted for this *unread* debacle, know how they feel about it come November.
It's obvious that Obama took a vote for him as president, as a vote for Obamacare. November will be very telling in how we the little people, who have to pay for his crap healthcare, really feel about it.

Oh we don't have to wait until November...there have been dozens and dozens of polls..

Just under three in ten advocated repealing the law or replacing it with a Republican-backed plan.

A majority of the 53% in the Pew poll who said they disapprove of the law still said they wanted to make the measure work

politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com...

Like I said...TWEAKED

over 70% of Americans want Obamacare KEPT and IMPROVED

While the echo-chamber obsessed, reality denying GOP are racing to repeat that shocked look on Karl Rove's face last election by pretending that the majority of Americans want repeal.

You may disagree on me about November and pretend the Polls lie...Just saying that hasn't worked out so well for the GOP in the past.

Ask your friends who voted for him as president if they would vote for him again if he were running in November.

Uhhh...you do know there is no Presidential election this November? I was referring to the congressional elections?

I've been doing that, the answers are almost 100%, regret they ever voted for him. If you don't think that will trickle down to the Dems running for office in November, you need to open your eyes to reality.

You are talking about who NOT to vote for...hell you don't have to WANT to vote for Pres. Obama (or the Dems in Congress)...all you have to do is look at the alternative. That is why no one takes those..."would you vote again for" polls seriously...cuz it's easy to say no...until you realize you must choose one or the other ...and the other is frothing at the mouth wacko..

Indigo, hoping for failure is not the same as failure itself, ACA was a failure from the time it was written and insurance companies got their greedy hands into it and bought the democrats in order to have it passed.

I would take this line of...hmmm.."rhetoric" is the kindest word that comes to mind...More seriously if the GOP didn't constantly vascilate between...
(a)
"Obamacare is Socialism and is bankrupting and destroying Insurance Companies! They will never survive...not enough young enrollees!!!! "...yada...yada

and
(b)
"Obamacare is a big fat juicy payoff to insurance companies...they are raking it in and wrote the bill themselves!"

Or is the plan to simply assume people are too stupid to ponder that night and day contradiction?
