It never ceases to amaze me that people let their children pose for pictures with unknown persons in horrific costumes. Upon seeing any of these characters, I'd have found a different mall. Here's a few of my favorites from around the web, let's see yours!

Sometimes they look a little.. dead?

or suffer from questionably designed masks..

and sometimes, they're just plain inappropriate!

Those are some pretty sorry looking Easter bunnies. The fourth one from the bottom looks like a gray alien dressed up as a rabbit! lol

Now that you mentioned it, look at the last three. They're all questionable.

They look like rabbit versions of the clown from "IT".

Those poor kids will be scarred for life

I have no idea, but looking at it again all I can say is that I really hope he's not on the back of a milk carton!

I don't know if it's years of exposure to black and white UFO photos or not, but all of the vintage ones make me think of aliens

Looking at it from another perspective.. they are all old photos, maybe there is a reason for this? I'd go with all costumes from days gone by are pretty poor quality as opposed to the modern era where we are far more technologically advanced and with that costumes are better quality and more realistic..
I get you point here but this shows how threads/articles/media can be biased and manipulative without showing the alternatives I.e great costumes...

Great thread it made me roar. The first one was really creepy and the second looked positively demonic as to the one with the carefully posed carrot - yes, quite!

Here's a few more.

This first one is a complete mess. He's looking a bit cracked out:

I don't know if these are whiskers or really funky mustaches:

Why stop with creeping out kids? Somebody might want to call PETA about this "Animal Sanctuary"

Some of these are made even better because of the expressions on the kids' faces.

"Help! He's gonna eat me ..."

In that last bunch, is it only coincidence that the kid and the bunny have the same head shape?
