There are no maybe's about it.

It is a good start.

Now what they need to do is follow through, and throw one of the biggest LAW BREAKERS where he belongs. In prison.

Right along with his boss.

If conservatives truly want this then they should of put Bush and Co in prison for their long list of crimes and unconstitutional behaviors.
Then it would be fair to discuss Obama and Holder, otherwise it appears to be a large pile of hypocrisy.

How come the Democrats didn't do that when they had control of Congress during Bush's last two years in office?

And I think this new legislation includes anybody that fits the criteria.

Talking about withholding Holder's paycheck is a political stunt. There's already a procedure in place to deal with people who are in contempt of Congress.

Except when it comes to bringing charges, or the current procedures against anyone in this administration's good old comrades list, it all just gets put on the back burner,, or the deep freeze. A lot of class C felonies have gone into that freezer.

Just for S&G, where do you find backup for this in the Constitution, again?

Aren't most of you posting usually in the "if it ain't in the Constitution word-for-word it ain't legal" crowd?

Hint: "Power of the Purse" does not let Congress act illegally against individuals, so swing and a miss on that one.

I'd hold back the pay of the Pelosis and McCains and the rest as well.
Heck ... throw in holding Obama and Bidens pay back as well.
ANd take away Michelles perks.
