Why didn't she leave that to the police to do? Was it her responsibility or was she told to retrieve something? This is truly an evil cabal!

From your quote from your source it doesn't look like she found anything interesting, and then when she realized she was looking at classified papers she stopped looking and got a legal opinion asking if she should keep looking, told not to, and didn't look at any more of the trash. I imagine when such an incident occurs someone will be looking at the individuals trash to see if there was anything related to Foster's death, and it just happened to be her doing so.
In the weeks before the inauguration, he had worked intensively with another Arkansas lawyer to expunge Bill and Hillary's financial records of a shady land deal - a scandal later known as the Whitewater affair.
Later, there were several official investigations into the Clintons' complex web of financial and real estate dealings, which culminated in criminal convictions for some of their associates, though Hillary and Bill were never prosecuted themselves.
Whitewater was later seen as symptomatic of the culture that existed in Arkansas during Bill's governorship, when the Clintons' connections helped them to enrich themselves.
For example, to augment her $110,000 salary, Hillary had earned large sums from seats on local corporate boards, including Wal-Mart.
One company chairman explained Hillary's presence on his board as "making sure he was in good grace with the people in power."
In that atmosphere, Bill and Hillary developed a sense of entitlement, borrowing from banks operated by political friends and accepting favours from individuals and corporations, such as the free use of private planes.
Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.
“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”
"I remember landing under sniper fire," she said in Washington on Monday. "There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base."
News footage of the event however showed her claims to have been wide of the mark, and reporters who accompanied her stated that there was no sniper fire. Her account was ridiculed by ABC News as "like a scene from Saving Private Ryan".

My take on their visit to the globalists rulers just before the Selection was that THEY
told the two of them who was going to be Pres next and that was that.
Her unroyal hideous heineousness was possibly given a promise of SECSTATE . . . and even possibly calling some of the shots as you submit. . . . and possibly even being installed in 2016 . . . wellll Jan 2017.
Her evilness knows that she HAS to kowtow to the real rulers if she wants to stay alive.
It may be that the PTB know that her Machivellian Lowness is now carrying tooooo much obvious baggage to fill the top role in the White House. She could bring their whole set of strategies and schemes to a chaotic grinding halt if they aren't careful.
Her supreme nasty mouthy-ness is not to be underestimated in its destructiveness. TPTB may be taking that into account.
For Clinton and Obama, a Common Ideological Touchstone

CHICAGO -- The job offer to "Miss Hillary Rodham, Wellesley College" was dated Oct. 25, 1968, and signed by Saul D. Alinsky, the charismatic community organizer who believed that the urban poor could become their own best advocates in a world that largely ignored them.
Alinsky thought highly of 21-year-old Rodham, a student government president who grew up in the Chicago suburbs. She was in the midst of a year-long analysis of Alinsky's aggressive mobilizing tactics, and he was searching for "competent political literates" to move to Chicago to build grass-roots organizations.
This is amoral political agitation that appears to be about something positive but is really about deconstruction. Once the institutions of "oppression" that require "change" are destroyed, there is no plan delineated by Alinsky (nor his current crop of followers) as to what will replace them. The goal apparently is "people power" (whatever that means). However, since the concept of destroying the institutions of society specifically to "empower" people is foundational, this is the same message of Marx.
The land grazing thing in Nev may have almost backfired OVERMUCH OVERSOON. But certainly they are headed toward wholesale land confiscation and the herding of the remaining sheeple into rabbit warren Soviet style cramped apartment blocks in a few remaining large cities. They've openly declared such goals.
It amazes me how many former employees around both the Chief Fosterizer and the current WH Thug report that they have never known anyone else to be soooo literally and genetically evil from the bone marrow out. Certainly one can see it in their eyes even in many popular photos. Incredible.
Washington Free Beacon has an extensive review of the documents, which she says “paint a complex portrait of Hillary Clinton, revealing her to be a loyal friend, devoted mother, and a cutthroat strategist who relished revenge against her adversaries and complained in private that nobody in the White House was ‘tough and mean enough.’”
If you know anything about the Clinton's...
If this woman found something then tried to share it.
She would of ended up like Vince...Suicided.
The Clinton's have had over a hundred friends that ended up dead.
Getting on Hillary's bad side could be hazardous to your health.
PS. Yes Sheeple back to sleep...then prepare for Bush v Clinton.
I'm going to be sick.
