now you go home...happy that you helped some mega-ranch skip out on paying grazing cost like a smaller farmer has to do.

Well done.

I read the family had given the land to NV for the water rights & in turn they could graze the land forever...until the Fed's stepped in.

See American Indians & US Federal Deals.

Peace

Sorry but that isn't the facts. That land is federal land not county and if you own the land you have the right to the water that flows over it. He and his family has always grazed on public land.

This is a proud day for the American (not Amerikan, not today!) people, the day we remembered we have a spine, can stand up for a cause we believe in, and are willing to make the real purpose of the 2nd Amendment come alive.

REALLY? you say "WE" hmmmmmm I dont think so.

You didnt do anything. Nor did anyone on this site. Very few did out of the millions of Americans within 700 miles of the situation.

So no, it was not WE. And NO victory either.......its not over...it never is!!!

So, please dont sit there bathing in glory when you didnt do ANYTHING at all!!

I agree with you on the homeless issue, and many more issues of the disenfranchised. It doesn't change what's happening with Bundy and the fact that even the farmers that are paying the grazing fees now are seeing this guy as a rockstar.

What to do?

Read the Constitution. Don't just skim. It is a short document, with self evident answers on how to fix this. It will take you about 15 minutes to reach that conclusion. It also has its own controversies with which amendments were properly ratified. That too will need a re-evaluation, along with most of the history we have been sold. That however, is a different topic.

Now that you read that, apply Article 6, to the U.N. Charter, Declaration of Human Rights, and the Kellog-Briand Pact. Google them too. That is how we search things on the web. Feel your eyes grow wide once you realize all the ramifications.

A good place to start the healing process for our Nation is to reform our 4th branch of government, the Grand Jury. It has been waiting for you the whole time hidden in plain sight, tucked away in Amendment 5 of the Bill of Rights. Demand the 7th Amendment, be incorperated to officially seal its return. Use Grand Juries to conduct a major investigation and audit of all activity that can be considered unlawful in all branches of our government, public services, shadow governent, gitmo, war, etc.

If everything is legit, and we use a magnifying glass on them, have nothing to worry about right? At least that is what they tell us, when we receive a letter from the I.R.S.

Proper Grand Juries live for justice, and they are your power. We need arrests, public investigations, truth and reconciliation. I do not care even if it includes all of them all up and down the chain, from the park service to the NSA to google. This is no longer about pride. Lawlessness in all our government, corporations, and institutions is the problem. Once the arrests start, they will squeel like pigs on who pulls the strings to avoid the death penalty in the worst cases. (TITLE 18 Section 241-242). That includes you CEOs too.

Yes, even the Fed Reserve is not immune from a Grand Jury probe and investigation. The U.S. Constitution is the Supreme Rule of the Land, not the Fed Charter. Nor are any laws written after it, in contradiction, over it.

This claim with Reid, and his Son, and the Solar plant accusations would be a good trial run.

Learn the law. Learn there is more than one kind of law, and what that means for you. Look up U.C.C law, common law (our entire systems basis), contract law, maritime law/admiralty law. Download pdfs of those who have FOIA investigated on your behalf, like the lein filed against you, and connect the dots. Learn your rights, and not just those in our Bill of Rights, but the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights as well.

And most importantly, never stop questioning. Questioning is how we learn things. But do not be quick to judge, there may be real life Severus Snape's caught up in this mess.

Remeber Kennedy.

Take a page out of V for Vendetta. Notice the fed didnt back off till militias showed up. Answer is obvious: Your words mean nothing to them. And the badges with guns are more afraid of getting into a firefight than anything Reid throws at them *cough* unemployment status*. If America became a model of a third world country with 10 million armed americans and the ousted Generals to back them up, Reid and his hencemen/mercfeds wouldnt bother attempting to take what isnt theirs for globalist agenda. The Ranch was the first time militias actually got the courage to show up against the fed. Reminds me of the Sherriffs that threatened to arrest the administration with Swat if he kept braking the law.
If your worried about NYC, you better pay attention to Israel. The oldest enemy in the book is the only real threat America has.

So your saying the globalists for Reid have more right to the land than the ranchers who raise livestock there? Have you any real idea WHY they wanted that land?

10 Million Americans storming Capitol Hill, if you bother to read the Constitution it clearly states an overempowered government has to be overthrown by right of the people. Problem? Americans are terrified of getting shot and arrest by thug police. How are they gonna gun down half the populaion? You think Washington and his crew wouldve given Congress any crowd to spew on them before shoving a musket in their face?
