Can't download tube music vids

I use Flash Video Downloader and its been a good program but now it wont download any music video. Normally the drop down menu gives you a range of file types and shows the file size for each file type.

All of a sudden it will not download any music video file. The file size is given as NA and when downloaded its empty, its zero file size.

is this because youtube, google etc will longer allow and music video to be downloaded anymore or is it a problem with the software. Does anyone else have this problem.

Dont seem to have a problem with other vids. Any ideas?

I've had the same problem, but with this add-on player, youtube downloads seem to be working again.

Download Freemake Video Downloader.

It's very easy to use too.

I don't use any of the tools mentioned but I do use savefrom.net.
You can either use their download tool, paste the youtube url into their site or edit the url in the address bar. Simply remove the www. And replace with ss, e.g. ssyoutube.com....
This will rediret you to the save from site and offer a number of download options, with some able to rip the audio only.

It is a kickass program, works great and never had a problem using it

Put "ss" after the "www." and before "youtube", ie www.ssyoutube.
It takes you to a page that lets you download video/audio.
