How to change Backround

Hello Everyone I'm in desperate need of help. Usually I can figure these things out but I need to know how to change my background from just solid color to an actual picture from the net. I go to my account settings and am confused when I see the backround "box" is text based. I have tried to copy and past pictures but it does not work. I really want to be apart of all the cool backrounds here on ATS. HELP!

You'll need to upload your picture, before you can use it as your avatar.

There is a good guide somewhere on ats, but cant find it right now as im on an smart phone...

Click the little white circle arrow up on the right....go to account...or to uploads for uploading pictures....go there.
