If you don't know Lehmberg, he's a crazy old man with a weird beard who used to scribble for UFO Magazine. His rants are incoherent. He is what is wrong with studying UFOs. Aliens, magic orbs, Buddhist angels, you just can't tell what Alpo is trying to sell you in what he tries to pass off as "poetry" but which is in fact a glimpse into the mind of a completely deranged true believer. Trying to decipher Alien Al's "writing" is like trying to read Egyptian hieroglyphs written in water colours in the rain. You think Alien Lehmberg would be in a padded cell some place because he comes across as being just that crazy.

Alien Al's crazy demented poetry here

Since UFO Magazine swindled their subscribers out of funds 2 years ago they finally had the idea to call it quits officially two months ago claiming that "UFO Magazine" was actually owned by somebody else. Which I'm sure is some sort of legalized mumbo jumbo the Birnes lawyers came up with so they could keep all the loot they swindled from their subscribers. Mind you, they still took peoples monies and subscriptions, all this with the knowledge that they would not be putting out any more product.

Alien Al Lehmberg is on what is left of UFO Magazine which is a stylize lame graphic blog that looks like it was perceived in 1998. Al and UFO Magazine co-editor Nancy Birnes are doing punch monkey tag-team on UFO Magazine subscribers who dare to ask questions about what is going on with UFO Magazine. Each with acerbic venomous and pointed barbs directed at their former readership. Honestly good people, the UFO Magazine website has actually been Alien Alpo Lehmberg's own personal blog for the past two years, he is the only one posting there, all he posts are his crazy rants.

Al Lehmberg makes a fool out of himself for all the world to see

The owner of UFO Magazine , and the owner of the trademark, is a company called UFO Magazine Inc and is located in Los Angeles. Nancy and I don't own it nor are we shareholders of the corporation. We only publish the magazine under license from the owner, UFO Magazine Inc. The company UFO Global, which Nancy and I manage, is the name under which the magazine is published. UFO Magazine Inc is putting itself up for the sale and has revoked UFO Global's ,incense to publish. That's the long and the short of it. Nancy and I are starting a new convergent media interactive digital magazine called a "hyperzine" and will post it as soon as it's done.

Sounds like a huge shell game and you guys are always moving what is under the shell. and with that Alfred guy associated with the magazine, no wonder it went under. He writes like a confused individual with his own secret code to follow all that dribble he thinks is good.

AlfredLehmberg> guests me •2 months ago

Har! A _few_ more than me, eh? Additionally, "reach" must exceed "grasp" or what's a heaven for! As regards my writing, I aspire to write what I believe to be the truth in a manner to be understood so that it _can_ be believed. So, with me, you don't have to _search_ for the point in my writing, you have to _face_ the point in my writing, you follow? I'd bet not.

Closing, I can't be expected to be moved by a person with only the dullest of a dull axe to grind who doesn't know the difference between "Dribble," and "Drivel," ok? See, "Dribble," ironically, might only mean you can't get enough of it or that I am bouncing a large orange ball.

Was there any more to your Malapropism and mewling pule? [g].

Nancy Hayfield Birnes Mod> guests me •2 months ago

Please explain what you mean by "shell game." If you don't understand any part of the license/name vs. content situation here, please say so. If you don't understand what Alfred is saying, you can break the secret code with any handy dictionary.

Oh my, reminds me of when Bill fought me on my attempt to trademark the term ufomagazine for my website. He said he owned that term, but was incorrect in his assumption. It went his way anyway and I was denied trademark. Now you guys are in a similar sinking boat. karma I guess. Glad to hear it. Karma sucks, don't it?

AlfredLehmberg> Anthony •2 months ago

Only you, Sir, raising a pointy head best kept in defilade over the berm where I can stick a finger in your eye. Swaddled in the ignorance of a petulant child you speak of a karma you brandish like a rattle, and to the same effect. As far as you and the "professional world" are concerned, Mr Birnes was at the legal taproot of UFO Magazine and essentially "owned" it, ...certainly as far as you, as clueless as you are ignorant, are concerned. Did you have any other errant sneers and facile argle-bargle, "Anthony" to pass like a bad mealy stew, or was that pretty much what'cha got?

Nancy Hayfield BirnesMod> AlfredLehmberg •2 months ago

That was pretty darn awesome, Al.

AlfredLehmberg> MarinMichael •2 months ago

"put them out of the office,..." Tedious to have to suffer fools _and_ the otherwise ignorant... There is no "office" ...there is Bill and Nancy Birnes, only, trying to engineer the production of a "collection of existential content" out of the minds and hearts of _willing_ contributors interested in the subject _allegedly_ drawing you to this Website, eh?

Try to understand the point! That little catbird seat vicinity at the operational "taproot" I alluded to above [allowing the so privileged to make money on UFO magazine] is _contested_ on the grounds that UFO magazine has not published in an agreed amount of time... ...when it has _indeed_ been published as publishing has come to be known. So it seems that one could spend a little less time aping an effulgent twat and utter something constructive, congratulatory, or at least congenial... ...or just step off. People are trying to do something here, and you contribute nothing... no really, nothing, sans sense and sensibility and all pretty substanceless (and uninformed) invective.

Supporting that publication in any manner, after what its management and ownership allowed to happen, after the vast mistrust they have instilled in their readership, and indeed, the negative press they have given the field they claim to be interested in investigating, is indefensible.

The fact that one would have to be crazy to do such a thing, is nothing short of proven by the ranting of the particular nut bar you refer to in your OP.

I agree to some extent. People today have a shrinking vocabulary, and instead of recognizing this fact and attempting to rectify their deficiency....they instead, lash out at those that still have a better than average grasp of the English language.

To wit...

Electronic vocabularies dominating the minds of our country's student population contain fewer words and many incorrect ones. This inferior language skill affects both the writing and reading abilities of its victims. An underdeveloped vocabulary makes it difficult for a person to clearly communicate a verbal or written message and, more importantly, makes it impossible for kids to understand complex text, which is another way of saying that they can't read.

www.isciencetimes.com...

In regards to Mr. Burns...I respect the work he has done to bring the UFO enigma to the general public...but beyond that I can't stand him.

Based only on the quotes of his you have posted, I'd say they are colorful, so colorful that some people might have a hard time following them, but they are highly coherent and witty, and not incoherent as you suggest. Maybe he has written other stuff you didn't quote that's incoherent, but I can't speak to that.

By saying his quoted statements are coherent, I'm not agreeing with his position, on the contrary I see the point of the other poster who said it looks like a "shell game" and Lehmberg was trying to explain why he thinks it's not a shell game.

I don't know who is right and only care a little, but not enough to investigate it.

The bold passages is the shilling. Read his so called "poetry" at the link above. He is completely nuts.

To be fair this sounds like a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
I mean look at your last 2 thread titles.

Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot has been brought back in MKULTRA

Just as long as you recognize Lehmberg as being completely insane, I'm fine with your assumptions.

when it comes to poetry
as Shakespeare said: "there is no good or bad only thinking makes it so"
in other words there is no accounting for taste

while i have my own personal experiences, and certainly there are valid writers out there,
it can be said that most of the output of the ufo industry is just at best psychedelic meandering,
and at worst flagrant BS

but poetry can't be judged the same way prose can

also to diagnose someone as "completely nuts" one is usually expected to have a degree in psychiatry which takes several years to acquire, and assuming one has the right to judge others with out that degree is considered to be, by those degreed people, completely nuts

one must be careful not to become what you hate they say
