Hi

I was doing some research on figs inspired by this thread ...

The Egyptian Tree of Life

... because I have a fig tree in my backyard!


I happened to come across this video on Youtube on how to make Fig and Honey Ice cream | Easy 3 step recipe .

And I also came across this recipe for Panna Cotta with Figs and Honey!

Both look delicious!


I shall be trying both recipes out as soon as I can!

If anybody else tries these recipes, please take some pictures and notes and post to let us know your opinions!

OMG, OMG, 100's of OMGs......... Fig ice cream, what a FAB idea! I LOVE figs. Thank you for bringing this to ATS. I am going to have to try making some.
