Republicans spend a lot of energy on trying to block people from voting, and now finally a court has taking a stand against it. Too bad this was two years ago. Hopefully this will set a precedent though, and maybe slow down their assault on peoples' voting rights.
Court rules Florida voter purge illegal, but will it stop GOP voting tweaks?

I'm against any group or party that engages in voting related issues that are unethical, or illegal, and having said that, I was thinking that if the media also went after "the other party" for voting fraud, maybe this would also help.. Did you know that your party caused by their illegal actions, hundreds of thousands of votes in multiple states who were dead and some had identical SSN's as those in other states to vote 2 or 3 times? Have you also sent letters condemning those activities, or do you only go after improprieties when it is the GOP?
Just curious, because when either side cheats or does anything unethical with America's voting integrity, that it affects everyone in a bad way. I probably won't stop until they burn down every electronic system when they are connected to any network.

In Tuesday’s 2-to-1 ruling, the 11th Circuit panel said that the two plaintiffs in a lawsuit – two foreign-born but naturalized women – were directly injured by the purge after their names were thrown out by mistake.

Studies have shown repeatedly that voter fraud is insignificant and wildly exaggerated by the GOP who is only interested in unconstitutionally decreasing access to voting for most people.

Florida had argued that both women were ultimately allowed to vote
not the final lists?
The names of the two women, who were from Nicaragua and Haiti, were on one of the early purge lists.

The state broke the law according to the court. What about that?
Florida is now reviewing whether it will ask the entire 11th Circuit Court to review the panel’s finding.
