he says he needs probable cause but reasonable suspicion would suffice...they are different....Reasonable suspicion is when you think a crime may have been committed...probable cause is when you know one has been committed.....in theory any LEO could detain you for either of those. Also being detained doesnt mean being arrested....it just means they can do that just that...sit there and ask you stupid questions lol...

Not saying I agree with anything either just putting that out there.

WOW, that would be an awesome world to live in! Imagine the respect citizens would have for law enforcement, and imagine how the politicians would change as the voters became educated and aware of their actual rights. Just imagine.
