Russia and USA Agree On Ukraine!

Well the Paris pow wow seems to have been successful. There is a news conference on right now. Both Russia and USA have both agreed to work for a diplomatic solution to the Ukraine crisis. Looks like WW3 has been averted after all. For now anyway. Lets hope cooler heads prevail and bring this nasty business to a peaceful end.

I've always thought that the best achievable result was probably partition, however disguised, and I'm sure this is still on the cards.
With all the current emphasis on "Russian troops near the border", it may be that pulling them back is the "concession" which Russia will be prepared to make in order to be allowed to remain in Crimea.

They got an "easy one" this time.

The "USA" and "Russia" will continue to cackle and gobble while the money mungers work behind the scenes.

Be ware of ego.
Russia has more direct imterests historically.
I'm not saying its ok for Rusiia to go too far. Time will tell.
I'm just saying USA has enough on its borad already to be playing super heoroes any and everywhere.
Let's hope Putin stays resonable and only goes for Crimea which is basically Russia's strategical base and connection the the sea.
It sucks to invade but history is a constant redesign of frontieres. Always has been always will be.

Of course “we” do something; “we” agreed to shut up and mind our own business and the Russians agreed to end this stupid drama created by “we… er… us” and taking over PEACEFULLY what is theirs both historically and culturally without any further drama..

Simple as that.
