We have a similar issue at my workplace with an employee that is "Nasally Challenged" and cannot smell his own odor. The manager has brought the issue
up to him (which resulted in exactly 1 day of him not smelling). What makes it worse, is that he is quite possibly the most useless member of the
workforce, and due to a Harvard education, is the highest paid (he makes more than our immediate supervisor). Apparently, Harvard doesn't waste
precious class time on personal hygiene.
We're talking stink, plus snowflake-sized dandruff on his shoulders. (I just wanted to emphasize how awful this guy is).
This guy smells HORRIBLE! He also must be sick in some way, because he absolutely decimates the employee bathroom on a daily basis. When I say
"decimates", I really mean it; I've never
experienced stench of this nature without it involving rotting flesh of some kind, nearby.
He also leaves smears of fecal matter on the toilet seats. (Yeah, I knew that one would raise an eyebrow or two).
Unfortunately, there seems to be little anyone can do than to drop hints at this point, but he never seems to "get it", and our management team is
Good luck with your stinker, but I'm willing to bet that he either doesn't get the hints, or he simply doesn't care.
