I woke up today
to see that the snow is back
Winter has returned.

Birds chirping at me.
Chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp.
Trasnslation? it's Spring!

Sun shining through fog
Radiating golden light
Petals at my feet

The sound of birdsong
Is instruction to nature
She knows what needs done

The wind in the leaves
Echos the crashing of waves
Her breath touches all

The water that falls
Her blood we know as ghe sea
It flows in us too

We are more alike
Than we are lead to believe
If only we knew

Birds chirping in flight
Scents of sunshine and cut grass
Slight breeze on my skin

Flowers beguile
Golden moon crooked smile
Spring stay awhile

Beach I'm on my way
With my beautiful lady
Here comes the summer

Too much rain falling.
Flower, lift up your dead head.
Now, look at the world.

Soft billowy clouds
Drifting across a blue sky
Serenely watching

Sun begins to set
Blue turns to soft orange and pink
Stars will soon shine bright

I have loved wind and light
And the bright sea
But, Holy and most secret Night,
Not as I love and have loved thee.

The new buds renew me
the new shoots lift me up
The bees are back to give me a buzz

The rainbows soothe my soul
the showers cleanse me
The sun warms my hope

Farewell dark cold
I must harvest and grow
To prepare for our reunion in the fall

I am in awe of spring

Warmth in the air
Moon rays so bright

Stars early in the day
Bring an early light

Clouds in my eyes
Poison wells to tears

Springs impossible to enjoy
Wish you were here

My French white lilacs
Are now in glorious bloom
I smell and get high.
