Chakra cleansing anyone?

Did you know...
I once asked my tai chi buddy if the chakras were in need of attention... and he said...
1) if ever you're so scared that you urinate yourself... then you've found the lower chakra.
2) if ever you're so scared that your stomach churns... then you've found the second chakra.
3) if ever you're so scared that your heart thumps and cast a centre on your chest... then you've found the third chakra.
4) if ever you're so scared that your throat knots... then you've found another chakra.
5) if ever you're so scared that you fend for a deep breath... then you've found yet another chakra.
6) if ever you're so scared that your nostrils flare with disbelief... then you've hit a chakra.
7) if ever you're so scared that you flinch and close your eyelids... then you've reached the higher chakra.

BUT! If ever you're never that afraid... then you need little attention to focus and carry on.
