Rocket With US Russian Crew Misses ISS Rendezvous!

Just found this interesting. Evidently the Soyuz rocket that launched this past weekend and was to dock with the ISS yesterday, had a burn failure and ended up missing its docking. According to NASA this is not unusual and they are set to approach again tomorrow. My terminology is inept, but I you can watch the vid for a better understanding.

I wonder if their legs will be badly cramped. Does anyone know if they can move around a little in the capsule?

I put up a thread to the live feed of the launch
There is very little room in those Soyuz cockpits. They had next to no room in there for movement, but they may be able to extend their extremities a bit..

I would go insane. I dislike being unable to move.
