The West continues to push Russia into a corner. I am unable to see the logic of it. Russia should be allowed breathing space which it genuinely earned by sacrificing so many of its citizens over the years to uphold its freedom.

A continued silent war on Russia is illogical. It was possible to co-opt Russia but the West has lost the opportunity through its actions.

Russians themselves are playing war on their own country. Upto 250K leave each single year. This year it is expected that $100B will leave Russia via money laundering capital exit.

The country is filled with corruption culture, too much alcoholism, ugly levels of wealth in few hands. This gives rise to very tight living for 90% of the population and hence they don't have kids and want to and end up leaving at even half a chance given. No strong government initiative on the above major problems is seen even in Putin's leadership.

Can't blame AngloSaxons for everything.

Russians spend too much efforts and resources in trying to copy west and try to project themselves as a great power. In 2014, Russia is not USSR and thus a regional power as per the POTUS. Sochi Olympics and 2018 World Cup are good examples of 2 items not needed for Russia.

The world knows the truth about most things and there should be no pretentious attempt to project anything totally outside the vicinity of truth.

It is said that WEAK invite aggression easily. A country with many foes like Russia needs to be strong economically, militarily and society wise. Instead they are more focused on the false projections of all sorts.

World War III isn't going to be like anything that is anticipated.
