you are right, not the same story, but:

With efforts now under way to ban television channels from countries that have not signed up to a European convention on cross-border television, which means all Russian channels, many Russian politicians are livid. In response, Russian state television has taken to showing Ukrainians in Ukraine's Russian-speaking Crimea to the south and in its east saying they would not follow orders from Kiev.

You were crying for sources so I gave you some, then you disregarded them because they were Russian sources. Pretty amazing considering how many times you based your facts on sketchy reports from Maiden activists. But then again you seem to be totally inable to comprehend that if you actually read a media article then you will probably find that it is a second-hand report and the original sources are cited in the article- which is what Russian media does all the time.
